Established since 2012. LONG HAI PHAT has risen to one of the wood pellet factory largest Southern Vietnam.With a modern production line closed. 3 pass system with the most modern drying Vietnam.
2012 We established manufacturing plant wood pellet with design capacity 6.000 tonnes / month. Currently, we are expanding to improve its capacity to 10,000-12,000 tonnes / monthly.
LONG HAI PHAT has established a sustainable material area. 100% of inputs from round wood and sawdust.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
LONG HAI PHAT has established a sustainable material area. 100% of inputs from round wood and sawdust.
These wood pellets is uniquely blended to produce low ash and high heat.
Free from additives, oils, artificial flavoring and chemicals, these pellets do not contain any fillers or binding agents.
Our wood pellets is eco-friendly fuel emits low carbon and offers clean burning with less emission.
PRODUCT QUALITY
1 Securing of raw material
Shattering wood or purchasing saw-dust
2 Exclusion of impurities
Filtering foreign matter using sieving machine and collecting light foreign matter in the air using of air blow filtering machine
3 Dry
Drying saw-dust using of dryer. Controlling moisture at 5 % approximately
4 Making pellet
Making pellet using of wood pellet pelletizer
5 Cooling & Packing
On the ground of high temperature of direct excluded pellet produced by pelletizer, pellet move to cooling tower through conveyer
